What if the customer buys the wrong thing?

There is an expression in the sale:

"Never get in the way a customer wants to buy something!"

There are practical tips, do not you think? After all, if they make it easy for you to profit, because they slow down?

Only a fool would ever do, or so it seems.

For example, in the auto leasing sector, there are some customers who have cloth seats, because they are cheaper and perhaps more comfortable than vinyl orSkin.

But for many models with cloth seats leasing actually makes it much more expensive, because shockingly few want their backsides buying a used Cadillac with something different under the skin.

So, if the expected resale value is lower, the monthly leasing rates are also increasing.

Obviously, if the client from the need to save money, order form, driven almost insane, but the customer, especially a fly in the face of the money is always right, it is nothim?

The seller has a duty to do good, to try to dissuade him of his choice?

If it does, it might be risky? He could sell, all lost?

What exactly is the ethical obligation of a Salesman, if a customer wants to buy the wrong thing?

If you really want to, can always be "wrong"?
